16TH STREET KITCHEN
Shortly after purchasing this 1970’s home, the owner knew a kitchen remodel was on the horizon. We worked together to design a more open and modern plan that incorporated an efficient work wall, brought in more light and created a warm social environment for entertaining by the way of a large island. We were also able to create an intimate breakfast nook with built in seating for family dining. Changes to existing doors and walls were minimal but had a big impact on natural light, storage, and flow.
